Caddo Parish District Attorney James E. Stewart Sr., relaxes and lets the blood flow as he takes part in a LifeShare Blood Centers blood drive outside his offices and the Caddo Parish Courthouse Wednesday, April 5, 2017. The Center’s special collection bus was parked on Marshall Street several hours through the afternoon, as the DA’s office hoped to get at least 12 pints, hopefully as many as 20, to help people in need across Northwest Louisiana. The drive was one of several events planned as part of local observance of Crime Victims’ Rights Week, April 2-8, 2017.
