The screams of delight were piercing and smiles were aplenty this morning at Academy Sports , as District Attorney Santa Stewart and Volunteers for Youth Justice , for the third consecutive year , with the combined efforts of State Senator Greg Tarver and the generosity of ElDorado General Manager Robert Urland, presented  200 Christmas bicycles to deserving students chosen by Caddo Parish school principals.
