District Attorney Stewart swears in Briana Spivey as Assistant District Attorney, First Judicial District. Briana comes to us from the City Court of Shreveport prosecutors office. She is a native of Monroe, and graduate of Neville High School, University of Louisiana – Lafayette, and Southern University Law Center. Briana joins our prosecution team in the court of Judge Donald Hathaway, Jr.

District Attorney Stewart swears in new Shreveport City Attorney Marcus Edwards as Special Assistant District Attorney, First Judicial District. Marcus is a native of Keithville, and graduate of C.E. Byrd High School, Morehouse College, and Tulane University Law School. He was previously employed at Mayer, Smith, and Roberts law firm. Congratulations Marcus!

Caddo DA Stewart along with Winfield Funeral Home and other sponsors filled Caddo Parish teachers’ wish list for back-to-school supplies. Teachers from four Caddo Parish schools were able to pick up supplies for their class rooms.
